A quiet, considered quartet of three-storey homes on a tree-lined block of West 14th Avenue — designed to feel like they had always belonged there.
The Woodford reinterprets the classic Vancouver four-square in contemporary form. Each of the four homes was conceived as its own private residence with its own front entry, private outdoor space, and detached studio at the rear of the lot.
Inside, the architecture is calm and unfussy. White-oak floors and oversized casement windows give the main-floor great rooms a generous, daylit feeling. Kitchens were specified with full-height millwork, integrated appliances, and quartz counters; bathrooms with porcelain tile and brushed-nickel fixtures.
The project broke ground in 2018 and was completed in 2019. All four homes were sold prior to occupancy.

Each home was designed as a complete, self-contained residence — its own street entry, its own private rear yard, its own detached studio. Floorplans below.

A short walk from Main Street's restaurants, independent retailers, breweries, and cafés — and a quick run to City Hall, Cambie, and downtown. Mount Pleasant has the everyday rhythm of a residential neighbourhood with the convenience of an urban one.
The Woodford was delivered in 2019 and all four homes have been sold and occupied for several years. This page exists as a record of the project — there is nothing for sale, and no inquiries are being taken.
